North Point - Provident Centre

733 sq. ft
Home renovation

This three-bedroom, one-living room unit focuses on a design concept that emphasizes gentle color tones and a comfortable ambiance, creating a warm and inviting interior environment.

The project strives for simplicity and neatness in its design. To achieve this, cove lighting has been integrated into the ceiling design, replacing central and intricate light fixtures. This design maintains a sense of spaciousness and provides uniform illumination throughout the interior. Using magnetic track systems for lighting enhances flexibility, allowing various light fixtures to be combined according to different scenarios.

In the dining and living area, meticulous attention has been paid to detail. The curved design of the TV and storage unit, combined with the textured TV backdrop wall, effectively breaks away from rigid straight lines, infusing the overall space with dynamism and vibrancy. Meanwhile, the concealed folding pivot doors of the TV unit not only serve a practical purpose but also provide greater flexibility to the space, enhancing storage convenience.

In the master bedroom, the furniture design incorporates wooden elements, creating a natural and cozy atmosphere. The brushed metal glass door of the wardrobe adds a touch of sophistication. From the minimalist lighting scheme to the curved layout of the furniture, each design element contributes to crafting a tranquil, comfortable, and versatile interior space.

The warm wooden furniture design and unique curvature of storage cabinets continue into the multipurpose room and fitness area, softening the sharpness of corners. Additionally, a concealed office desk has been integrated to enhance practicality and provide users with a discreet workspace.

This unit is dedicated to creating a living space that combines aesthetics and functionality, offering residents a comfortable and enjoyable living experience within this designed unit.
